About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Architect / Technical Lead for a leading German product-based multinational organization. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise solution design, stakeholder management, and large-scale Salesforce implementations.

The selected candidate will play a key role in defining architecture strategy, driving technical excellence, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across global business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture for enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and leadership.
- Drive solutioning, effort estimation, technical proposals, and implementation roadmaps.
- Define integration strategies using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and SOAP services.
- Guide development teams on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and platform capabilities.
- Establish CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and deployment frameworks.
- Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.




- Mentor Salesforce developers, consultants, and technical leads.
- Support innovation initiatives involving Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Salesforce ecosystem products.

- Experience working with global customers and distributed teams.
