Role & responsibilities

Track undelivered shipment in ERP and call customers to identify reasons for non-delivery.

Track wish masters performance at a real time basis to ensure all deliveries are completed as per plan.

Provide support to the Wish Masters enroute and take necessary actions.

Ensure unexplained Zero stock variance at the hubs on a daily basis.

Achievement of Key Performance Indicators of TL as per company's goal.

Financial : Handling Cash and reconcile the same for next day deposit

Role involves handling a team of WM & MH within his area, The same can vary depending on the business needs of a particular product.

Should manage certain route allocation based on order cycles for delivery.

Create the Runsheet/Pickup sheet and assign daily work to WM's.

Customer Obsession: Creating Wow Customers. Execution: Comfortable with handling grocery products and delivery of the same.

Resource estimation in terms of people, time & totes/pallets (Preferable)





People Focus: Manage his team of XD(Cross Dock) & WM

Resolve conflicts within the team. Helps individuals achieve more by constantly raising expectations and providing relevant support.

Effective Communication: Ensures that all customer needs and queries related to the product are solved in the best possible.

Supervise the Sorters who receive the shipments.

Planning as per available resources and allocating shipment for bike and van deliveries.

Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards.

Sorting shipment as per defined routes.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with Similar industry Experience.

Minimum 1 Year of experience in Warehouse Operations / Inventory Management / Logistics Operations.

Work Location is Nagpur.
