Two Ducks Club, a brand under Oneswan Technologies Private Limited, designs and manufactures custom tabletop games for cafes, restaurants, clubs, and resorts. The company focuses on engaging guests for short, meaningful interactions of around 10 minutes. By embedding games into social spaces, Two Ducks Club helps brands increase engagement, boost average order value, and build loyal communities.

The team is shaping a new normal for social venues where play, interaction, and brand experience go hand in hand. Candidates will join a growing business that combines design, hospitality, and brand strategy. What You'll Be Doing

Designing game graphics end-to-end: game boards, cards, tokens, rulebooks, and all in-game visual elements

Creating packaging design for game boxes and retail/gifting formats

Translating brand briefs from café clients into cohesive visual identities within the game

Iterating based on feedback while maintaining design integrity

Coordinating with our team on print-ready file delivery (bleed, resolution, colour profiles) What We're Looking For A fast, talented illustrator who can bring ideas to sketch pad immediately with varied styles

Strong command of Illustrator, Photoshop,



Figma and InDesign (or equivalent)

A portfolio that shows range — not just one style, but the ability to shift from minimal to maximalist, playful to premium

Someone who reads a brief carefully and asks the right questions before opening a new artboard

Understanding of print production — what works on screen vs. what works at 300 DPI on a box

Ability to meet deadlines without needing to be chased

Bonus: experience with board game design, packaging dielines, printing materials and brand illustration You're a Great Fit If You:

Get genuinely excited when a brief says "coffee-themed trivia game for a specialty café"

Have designed for physical products, not just digital

Can hold your own aesthetic point of view while adapting to a client's brand

Are comfortable with feedback loops and versioning Engagement Details

Full-time position

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on portfolio and experience)
