Designation-
- Customer Support Associate (L2).
Job Profile-
- Have to resolute customers query Voice Call.
Mandatory Criteria-
- Min HS Passed.
- Fresher & experienced both can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice.
Process
- Customer orientation.
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts.
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining.
- 10 hours of the day, 9hrs. work and 1 hour break.
- Should have a typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Interview Structure-
- HR round - General check.
- Typing Test.
- Voice Versant (V3 and above).
- Client Round.
Payouts
- Salary for minimum 6 months experience candidate 1.92 Lpa 14 k inhand (Approx)
- Fresher- 1.85 Lpa 13.5 k inhand (Approx)
- 100% fixed salary
- Pick up or drop for odd shifts
