Urgent opening for the profile of Accountant & Sr. Accountant at location Andheri.

Industry: Travel & Tourism

Experience : Min 3 years (Must have experience in Travel Industry).

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with robust expertise in BSP Reconciliation, Supply Reconciliation, Taxation, and Financial Accounting within the Travel & Tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in airline transactions.
- Handle Supply Reconciliation with airlines, hotels, consolidators, and other travel suppliers.
- Reconcile sales, refunds, cancellations, and supplier invoices.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and financial reports.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file tax returns and maintain taxation-related documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Generate MIS reports and support monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Required Skills:





* Hands-on experience in BSP Reconciliation.

- Strong knowledge of Supply Reconciliation in the travel industry.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter.
- 37 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience working with travel agencies, airlines, OTAs, or tour operators.
- Ability to independently manage BSP reconciliation, supplier settlements, taxation, and financial reporting.
