Role & responsibilities

- Planning & Budgeting: Prepare annual budget, setting plans, and align with corporate projections and HE allocation.
- Operations & Logistics: Arrange hatching eggs, follow chick delivery schedules, verify material receipts, diesel checks, and vehicle monitoring.
- Maintenance & Safety: Ensure maintenance schedules, statutory compliance, instrument calibration, and safe waste disposal.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness: Monitor cleaning procedures, hygiene analysis, water sanitation, and cleanliness of hatchery and quarters.
- Resource Management: Arrange consumables, disinfectants, and equipment through requisitions approved and forwarded to SCM.
- Meetings & Reporting: Conduct weekly/monthly meetings, collect performance reports, review departmental targets,



and report abnormalities to GM/HR.
- Training & Development: Provide continuous technical training, educate ethical values, and monitor accountability of Incharges.
- Efficiency & SOPs: Ensure SOP implementation, reduce power costs, maintain VCS updates, and monitor smooth functioning of staff mess.
- Relations & Coordination: Maintain cordial relations with departments, government officials, and the public.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in poultry sci. or Relevant field
- Positive Knowledge of hatchery Operations
- Immediate joiner preferred
