We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Client Success & Digital Marketing Manager who can become the bridge between our clients and internal team while ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.
Position Overview
The Client Success & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating project execution, overseeing internal teams, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
This role requires strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of digital marketing and branding processes.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with international clients across the USA, UK, UAE, Europe, Australia, and other global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Conduct onboarding calls with new clients.
• Understand client goals, business objectives, and project requirements.
• Schedule and manage regular progress meetings.
• Provide project updates and status reports.
• Handle client feedback and coordinate revisions.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
Project & Team Coordination
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, marketers, video editors, developers, and other team members.
• Create project timelines and delivery schedules.
• Assign tasks and track progress.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before submission.
Digital Marketing Operations
• Coordinate social media content production.
• Monitor campaign execution across platforms.
• Work with marketing specialists to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
• Review performance reports before sharing with clients.
• Assist in strategy implementation and execution.
Sales Support & Business Development
• Assist in proposal preparation.
• Participate in client discovery calls.
• Follow up with qualified leads.
• Support account growth initiatives.
• Maintain CRM records and client databases.
Required Qualifications
Experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in:
o Digital Marketing Agency
o Branding Agency
o Creative Agency
o Consulting Firm
o Client Success Role
• Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
Skills
Communication
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
• Professional communication with international clients.
Technical Knowledge
Working knowledge of:
