About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations Assistant to support our paid media team with campaign execution and reporting.



This is a hands-on role focused on accuracy and consistency in ad management.

Responsibilities

- Upload ads across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
- Add UTMs, URLs, and tracking parameters to campaigns
- Pull and organize campaign performance reports
- Handle miscellaneous ad-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Reliable, organized, and deadline-oriented
- Available to work EST hours
