Job Description
Objective: The CSE is responsible for sourcing, generating, and converting various retail loan business like PL, BL, LAP, TW, Car Finance through direct sales, customer references, channel partners, and DSAs. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, documentation, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards applicable as per RBI and other regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
Source customers for various product offerings through field sales, references, and lead generation activities.
Achieve monthly sales and business disbursement targets.
Acquire recent customers within the assigned territory/geography.
Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, dealers, connectors, and referral partners.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
Conduct customer profiling and assess basic eligibility before application login.
Collect,
verify, and submit customer KYC and income documentation accurately.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, NBFC policies, and fair practice code.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update daily sales activities.
Follow up with customers regularly to ensure timely conversion and disbursement.
Monitor portfolio quality and support early-stage collections or delinquency management when required.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely service support.
Share market intelligence, competitor updates, and business feedback with reporting managers.
Qualification: Graduate with 0-2 yrs experience in Sales
