Zensar Technologies is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Treasury Experienced personal to join our team in Kharadi, Pune!

Key Qualifications:

- MBA (Finance)
- 3–7 years of relevant experience

Treasury & Cash Management

- Assist in daily cash positioning, fund planning, and bank balance monitoring
- Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts and variance analysis
- Support optimization of working capital (receivables, payables coordination)

Banking & Loan Management

- Coordinate with banks for day-to-day treasury operations
- Track loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest servicing
- Assist in documentation, renewals, and compliance of bank facilities (OD/CC/LC/BG)

Forex & Risk Management

- Monitor foreign exchange exposures (imports, exports, loans)
- Execute and track FX forward contracts as per policy
- Ensure adherence to RBI / FEMA regulations

Accounting & Compliance

- Pass and review accounting entries for borrowings, interest, forex transactions




- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and confirmations
- Support statutory, internal, and bank audits related to treasury

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare treasury MIS, cash flow statements, and liquidity reports
- Support management with monthly finance and treasury dashboards

Process Improvement

- Assist in treasury process automation and ERP-related activities
- Maintain strong internal controls within treasury operations

Key Skills & Competencies

- Sound knowledge of Treasury, Banking & Cash Flow Management
- Basic understanding of FX hedging instruments
- Working knowledge of RBI/FEMA guidelines
- Robust Excel skills (cash flow models, reconciliations, MIS)
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferable)
