Job Title: Equity Research Intern (Fundamental) (CFA level 1 Cleared Mandatory)

Job Summary:
The Equity Research Intern (Fundamental) conducts detailed company and industry analysis to provide actionable investment recommendations. By leveraging financial modeling, valuation techniques, and fundamental research, the analyst evaluates company performance, growth prospects, and market trends to support institutional clients in making informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fundamental Analysis: Evaluate financial statements, business models, and market positioning of companies.
- Financial Modeling: Build and update detailed models using methods like DCF, P/E, and EV/EBITDA.
- Industry Research: Analyze sector trends, peer performance, and macroeconomic factors.
- Investment Recommendations: Provide clear buy, sell, or hold recommendations backed by thorough research.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, engage with company management,



and attend industry events.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
- Experience: Proven expertise in equity research, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and market research skills; proficiency in tools like Bloomberg or FactSet.
- Certifications: CFA or equivalent preferred.

Key Competencies:

- Attention to detail, time management, and ethical decision-making.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for clear insights.

Work Workplace: Office-based with occasional extended hours and travel for industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
