Position: Telecaller Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller Sales Executive to support our sales and customer engagement activities. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, generating leads, following up with inquiries, and supporting the sales team in business development activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Generate and maintain sales leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, requirements,



and order status.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for customer requirements.
Maintain customer database and daily call reports.
Build robust customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Promote Lithium Battery Packs, Solar Solutions, BESS, Robotics & Automation products.
Support marketing campaigns and lead conversion activities.
Requirements

Any Degree / Diploma (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills

Telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.
Knowledge in battery, solar, electrical, electronics, or industrial products is an advantage.
