- Head HR (1 position) – MBA/PGDM HR, 6 years experience
- Lead HR & Admin (1 position) – Graduate + MBA/PGDM, 0-2 years
- Head HSE (1 position) – Graduate + Dip in Industrial Safety/NEBOSH, 8 years
- Safety Officer / Supervisor (19 positions) – Any Graduate/Diploma, 0-2 years
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage workforce
- Develop HR policies and employee welfare programs
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
- Implement and monitor HSE protocols
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training
- Maintain HSE records and statutory compliance
- Manage safety incident investigations
- Develop safety culture and near-miss reporting systems
- Coordinate with Operations for safe work workplace
Skills: Compliance, training, team management, communication
Certifications: NEBOSH/IOSH for safety roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Steel/Manufacturing industry HSE background
- ISO 45001/14001 knowledge
- Behavioral safety programs experience
- Training and development experience
