About the Role
We are looking for motivated learners who want to gain real-world business experience in tele calling, lead generation, customer communication, and data management.
This is not a traditional classroom course. Learners will work on actual business activities under mentor guidance, build a professional portfolio, and develop industry-ready skills through execution-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Introduce company services and programs professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain communication records.
- Generate, qualify, and update leads in the CRM system.
- Maintain customer databases and operational records accurately.
- Support sales and business operations activities.
- Track daily calling activities and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and update data sheets as required.
- Coordinate with mentors and team members on assigned tasks.
- Follow communication and business process guidelines.
