Job Profile Responsibilities
1. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in CHAT channel in technical troubleshooting process
2. Open to working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
3. Prior experience or understanding of the advertising ecosystem,
including buy-side (advertisers, agencies) or sell-side (publishers, SSPs) platforms.
4. Familiarity with campaign management, performance marketing, and digital advertising tools is a plus.
Required Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of web page designing, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Solid grasp of web development fundamentals including browser behavior, cookies, tracking pixels, and page load dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience.
- Demonstrates empathy, ownership, and sincerity when addressing customer concerns and requirements.
