Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sr. Ecommerce Executive role based in Dehradun. The Sr. Ecommerce Executive will manage day-to-day operations and performance of brand accounts across key marketplaces, including listing optimization, pricing updates, stock monitoring, and promotional planning. The role involves analyzing sales and traffic data, tracking key performance indicators, and generating reports to guide strategy and improve campaign outcomes. The individual will coordinate with internal teams and external brand partners to implement marketplace campaigns, optimize product visibility,



and resolve operational issues. This position will also oversee a small team or cross-functional collaborators to ensure timely execution of tasks and achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketplace data, monitor KPIs, and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in account management, including handling multiple brand accounts and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven background in sales and sales management, preferably in ecommerce or online marketplaces.
- Team management skills, with the ability to guide, coordinate, and support team members to meet objectives.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and basic SEO/SEM concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Dehradun and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
