Key Responsibilities

- Enter customer orders into the system and share relevant information across teams.

- Work with ecommerce portals to schedule delivery appointments.

- Update and confirm dispatch statuses on ecommerce portals.

- Prepare and share advance shipment notices for channel partners.

- Assist with Ad Hoc manual activities required during order processing Ensure the integrity and completeness of data by verifying, correcting, and editing information. Collaborate with project teams to plan and implement new initiative

What we look for:

- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and order management systems Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets Good communication skills and ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree

- 1-3 years experience in Order Processing (Data Entry)

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week
