Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock reporting, stock reconciliation, physical stock verification, and warehouse compliance.
Ensure proper stock arrangement, SKU labeling, category-wise organization, inventory accuracy, and effective storage practices.
Oversee warehouse administration, including maintenance of records, documentation, vendor coordination, utility management, and operational reporting.
Maintain warehouse infrastructure, housekeeping, and overall facility upkeep.
Coordinate marketplace order fulfillment across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, website, and other sales channels, ensuring timely packing, dispatch, and courier pickups.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports related to inventory, order processing, collections, vendor sourcing, and exception management.
Manage retailer and customer follow-ups.
Source and develop vendor relationships for packaging materials, POSM, bottles, corrugated boxes,



and other business requirements while maintaining a comprehensive vendor database and documentation.
Support general administrative functions, including data management, file maintenance, coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, procurement support, and compliance with company processes and policies.
