Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tendering Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Tendering Specialist will manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, and preparing compliant, competitive submissions. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, and project management) to gather required inputs, clarify specifications, and develop accurate cost estimates and timelines. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, maintaining tender documentation, and tracking tender status and results.



The Tendering Specialist will also analyze bid requirements, review procurement portals, maintain databases of suppliers and partners, and support negotiations or clarifications with clients and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

Strong tender management skills, including experience in reviewing tender documents, coordinating submissions, and managing deadlines. Solid proposal writing abilities, with experience drafting explicit, structured technical and commercial proposals. Proficient analytical skills to interpret requirements, evaluate costs, and assess risks and competitiveness. Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients. Knowledge of procurement processes, government or corporate tender portals, and basic contract terms. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, or EPC tendering is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, ability to work under time pressure, and proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
