Site Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial and documentation activities at our construction sites across Tamil Nadu. This role requires hands-on site presence and close coordination with the head office accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage site accounts, petty cash, and billing on a daily basis

Record and maintain daily site expenses and vouchers accurately

Maintain purchase records for materials and track outstanding material details

Capture and organize daily site photos, including labour attendance and supervisor activity

Coordinate regularly with the head office accounts team for reconciliation and reporting

Who We're Looking For

Graduate in B.Com

3–4 years of hands-on experience in site accounts (construction or civil projects preferred)

Willing to travel and work at project sites anywhere across Tamil Nadu

Valuable attention to detail, organized, and reliable
