About the Role:

Our engineering team at AMDG Collective LLP provides data analysis and scoping services for U.S.-based infrastructure projects. We remotely review and document sidewalk and curb ramp imagery captured by autonomous robots to ensure ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance — a key law ensuring public spaces are accessible to everyone, including persons with disabilities.

As a Civil Works Project Specialist, you will be part of a small, collaborative team working under the guidance of a Team Lead. The Team Lead will provide direction, training resources, and quality oversight, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables.

What You’ll Do:

- Work on US based curb ramp, sidewalk , crosswalk compliance mapping and analysis project.
- Review, measure, and document curb ramp details according to defined standards and tools.
- Use structured templates (Excel) and workflow guides to produce accurate deliverables.
- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure consistent quality in every submission.
- Ask questions when requirements are unclear—collaboration and clarity are valued.
- Adapt to evolving tools and processes (training and updates provided).
- Maintain daily work hour tracker
- Promptly work on remediations and submit to Team Lead.

Qualifications:

Required

- Experienced professionals from a background in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or industrial design can apply
- Freshers / recent graduates from a background in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or industrial design can apply.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in work.




- Comfortable asking questions and collaborating in a remote environment but with integrity and excellence.
- Commitment to producing quality work and meeting deadlines.

Compensation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180.00 - ₹250.00 per hour
