We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales & Operations Executive with a robust background in the holiday travel industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling holiday packages, handling client operations during travel, creating customized itineraries, and coordinating with vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages
- Understand customer requirements and create customized travel itineraries
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel vendors for quotations and bookings
- Manage end-to-end holiday operations from booking till trip completion
- Assist and support customers during travel for smooth trip execution
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and service quality
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Ensure timely sharing of vouchers, confirmations, and travel documents




- Maintain good relationships with clients and travel partners

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of holiday destinations and travel planning
- Experience in holiday package sales and operations
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage trip escalations and operational issues efficiently
- Vendor negotiation and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of itinerary costing and quotations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in a holiday packages sales and operations role

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in a travel agency/tour company
- Confident in handling both sales and post-booking operations
- Passionate about travel and customer experience
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
