POSITION DETAILS
JOB PURPOSE
· Documents are maintained systematically at the site and all site correspondences are maintained as and when required.
· Clients should be provided with all the documents on time as requested. Controlling overall documentations with labeling and coding’s in coordination with client.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures
· Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings and blueprints, are collected and registered in system
· Use SmartSolve Document Management for everyday operations, maintenance and quality control
· Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them
· Print and distribute documents as necessary
· Work with documents and records across various departments, including human resources, marketing and construction

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5 to 10 years with any graduation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BE Civil from recognized university or Diploma in civil Engineering Post-Graduation or Project management will be an added advantage.
Age Criteria
25 to 35 years

Proficiency in MS office is must
