Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Professor – Nursing to strengthen our academic team. The candidate will contribute to teaching excellence, clinical training, and regulatory compliance, while supporting inspection documentation and academic administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and clinical instruction for UG/PG Nursing students
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and conduct assessments
- Guide student research, projects, and clinical practice
- Assist in preparation of documentation for INC/State Nursing Council/University/NAAC inspections
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards
- Participate in departmental and institutional academic activities
Required Skills:
- Robust academic and clinical expertise
- Experience in inspection documentation and compliance processes
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Eligibility:
- M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- 3–8 years of teaching experience in a recognized nursing institution
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
