We partner with creators who understand Gen Z & millennial audiences, turning product storytelling into viral moments, community engagement, and measurable growth—without the fluff, just results-driven creativity. Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and post high-impact Instagram content (Reels, carousels, Stories) that aligns with brand tone and campaign goals.
- Curate authentic storytelling that drives engagement, saves, shares, and conversions—no hard selling, just smart hooks.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ideate weekly content calendars and adapt based on real-time performance.
- Engage daily with your audience—respond to DMs, reply to comments, and build community around our products.
- Track your own performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR, conversions) and share weekly insights with the team.
- Stay ahead of Instagram trends, audio hooks, trending formats,



and algorithm shifts to keep content fresh and effective.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Instagram content creation (Reels, carousels, Stories)
- Video editing (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush)
- Basic photo editing (Lightroom, VSCO, Canva)
- Instagram analytics & performance tracking
- Trend spotting & audio/caption optimization
- Strong visual storytelling & brand alignment
- Preferred
- Experience with UGC-style product reviews or unboxings
- Familiarity with affiliate links or promo codes
- Portfolio of 5+ high-performing Instagram posts or Reels
