3D Concept Visualizer – Exhibition & Stall Design

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and cutting-edge 3D Concept Visualizer with experience in the exhibition and stall design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and visualizing exhibition stands, trade show booths, pavilions, and experiential environments through compelling 3D renders, mood boards, and space-planning layouts. The candidate should be proficient in leveraging AI-powered design tools to accelerate concept development and create impactful visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Concept Development & Visualization

- Develop cutting-edge exhibition stall concepts aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
- Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
- Design custom exhibition booths, pavilions, kiosks, experience zones, and event environments.
- Generate multiple design options and creative concepts during the proposal stage.
- Utilize AI-powered design and visualization tools to enhance creativity, speed, and design ideation.

Mood Boards & Design Direction

- Create mood boards showcasing design themes, materials, colors, textures, lighting concepts, furniture, and branding elements.
- Develop visual storytelling presentations that communicate the design vision effectively.
- Research global exhibition trends and incorporate innovative design ideas into concepts.

Space Planning & 2D Layout Design

- Prepare 2D floor plans, space layouts, zoning plans, and visitor flow concepts.




- Develop stall layouts considering functionality, circulation, product display, meeting areas, storage, and engagement zones.
- Ensure designs comply with venue regulations and exhibition guidelines.
- Collaborate with project and production teams to ensure layouts are practical and executable.

Client Presentation & Coordination

- Prepare design presentations, pitch decks, and concept proposals.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain design concepts.
- Incorporate client feedback and revise designs as required.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, project managers, and fabrication teams during project execution.

AI & Design Technology

- Utilize AI-based design and visualization tools for concept generation, image enhancement, mood board creation, and creative ideation.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and design trends relevant to exhibitions and experiential marketing.
- Apply AI tools to improve productivity, concept exploration, and presentation quality.

Required Skills

- Strong conceptualization, visualization, and creative thinking abilities.
- Expertise in exhibition stall and experiential design.
- Strong understanding of branding, visitor engagement, and spatial design.
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques,



and exhibition production processes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

- Lumion / Enscape
- Adobe InDesign
- AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, or similar visualization platforms.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in exhibition stall design, experiential marketing, event design, retail design, or interior design.
- Experience in developing mood boards, concept presentations, and 2D layout planning.
- Proven portfolio showcasing exhibition booths, trade show stands, pavilions, and experiential spaces.
- Experience working with exhibition agencies, stand contractors, event companies, or fabrication firms.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, Industrial Design, or related field.

- Success rate in winning pitches and proposals.
