- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 6–7 years in project development, management, and factory production.
- Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience manufacturing mechanical systems/equipment.
- Robust background in product/project development.
- Proficiency in CAD/engineering drawings and project scheduling (MS Project/Excel).
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Supervision: Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and testing of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Project Development: Plan, design, and develop technical specs for new mechanical systems and projects.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, assign resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide shop floor technicians, operators, and junior engineers.
- QA & Safety: Ensure all manufactured equipment meets quality standards and safety protocols.
