JOB TITLE Designation: CIO Office and Transformation Officer Manager

Work Location: Hyderabad

A Day in the Life As a Manager for IT Governance & Transformation, you will join our CIO Office and Transformation team at the India Tech Hub in Hyderabad. You will play a pivotal role in driving the disciplined execution of our IT programmes, ensuring our Beauty Tech ambition becomes a reality by establishing clear governance, transparent reporting, and inspiring change across the organization.

Drive Governance & Execution: You will organize and facilitate key governance meetings, ensuring decisions are translated into clear actions that you will track through to completion,



ensuring compliance with our global standards.
Monitor & Report with Clarity: You will monitor programme delivery, track progress, and provide a consolidated view of all activities for CIO leadership. You'll translate complex data into explicit, actionable insights using impactful dashboards and reports.
Lead Strategic Communication: You will be in charge of preparing compelling executive-level presentations and reports, ensuring consistent and coordinated messaging that supports senior leadership decision making.
Champion Transformation: Acting as a change champion, you will foster the adoption of new ways of working and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and drive transformation initiatives.
