Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Prepare and maintain weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business and finance leadership.
- Track key financial and operational metrics including revenue, collections, margins, manpower cost, and profitability.
- Support the FP&A; team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, marketing, Finance etc for data collection and validation.
- Assist in management reporting and preparation of business review presentations.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Ensure timely closure and circulation of MIS reports as per defined timelines.




- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and management requests from leadership.

Skills & Qualifications :

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com from a recognized university.

Experience
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, FP&A; support, or finance operations.
- Prior experience in handling large datasets and management reporting is preferred.

Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Valuable understanding of financial statements and business metrics.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools will be preferred.
