Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development, Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.

Understand client needs, expectations, and goals to ensure client satisfaction.

Procuring new clients

Client Coordination: Cold Calling, Lead Generation

Organizing meetings & appointments

Act as the coordinator between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication.

Client Feedback and maintaining the same in CRM

Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous service improvement

Training will be provided





Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in any field having 5 - 7 years of experience in business development / client relations with positive communication skills

Immediately joining candidates will have good chance of selection
