We are looking for a skilled General Anesthetist to join our team in Thane West. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during surgical procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administer Anesthesia**: You will provide anesthesia before, during, and after surgeries, ensuring that patients remain pain-free and comfortable throughout the process.

- **Monitor Patients**: It is essential to continuously monitor patients’ vital signs and reactions during surgery, adjusting anesthesia levels as needed to maintain safety.

- **Prepare Anesthesia Plans**: You will develop customized anesthesia plans based on the patient’s medical history and the type of procedure being performed.

- **Collaborate with Surgical Team**: You will work closely with surgeons and nursing staff to provide optimal patient care and address any anesthesia-related issues that may arise during surgery.

- **Patient Assessment**: You will conduct pre-anesthetic assessments to evaluate patients' health conditions and identify potential risks before procedures.
