Manage assigned restaurant section and ensure smooth service operations.
Welcome guests, take orders, and provide excellent hospitality.
Coordinate with kitchen and service team for timely food delivery.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Guide and monitor waiters/stewards during shift.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
Promote menu items and increase sales through upselling.
Check KOT, billing accuracy, and maintain service standards.
Support Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
