About the Role

The Officer – Administration & Safety will be responsible for managing plant administration, facility management, statutory compliance, workplace safety, security, and employee support services. The role will ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained work environment while coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to support smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage housekeeping, security, transportation, canteen, and facility maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and awareness programs.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and support audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
Manage visitor coordination, hospitality arrangements, and administrative support functions.
Maintain safety, compliance, and administration-related records and reports.

Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site)





Requirements

Qualifications

Required
Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, Safety, or related functions in a manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of statutory compliance, safety practices, and facility management.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred
Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent.
Experience working with regulatory authorities and managing audits.
Proficiency in Telugu along with English and/or Hindi.
