WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB:
This role is part of the growing Global Capability Center (GCC) and will lead the vision and strategic direction for Data Analytics and Innovation. The role provides the direction for developing IT solutions in support of Finance, Team Member Services, Network, and end user computing functions. The ideal candidate has a proven record of leading transformation, making strong strategic sourcing decisions, engaging technical teams with the right questions, and clearly communicating complex technical solutions to business partners.

ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS:
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Sciences or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience and managing large organizations
- 7+ years of experience in software development and/or data sciences
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 10 years of technology leadership experience, including development, product management and architecture teams
- 5 years of experience working in product centric organization
- Experience in the application of technology and financial practices related to technology investments
- IT Operations experience for vital and/or critical systems
- Solid understanding of Agile framework and methodologies as well as engineering excellence practices
Skills,

- Demonstrates the highest standards or personal ethics and integrity
- Excellent understanding of end-user needs, leading technologies, and applications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver major system implementations
- Proven ability to manage internal and external resources, as well as manage relationships with 3rd party providers and partners

- Demonstrated ability to solve, and to lead others in solving complex analytical problems

COMPETENCIES:
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of all solutions including architecture, development, and operational support of the various systems supporting Data, Analytics, and Innovation technologies
- Drives organizational structure, process, and cultural improvements that result in rapid delivery and consistent execution of technology solutions
- Develops and presents business case and related ROI to senior management for justification of investment in technology solutions
- Partners with internal customers and external vendors to manage system development and maintain system operational standards
- Accountable for driving the global strategy for the Data, Analytics, and Innovation organization

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing product technology organization, fostering a culture of accountability
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and user metrics to measure success and ROI
- Ensures transparency in platform spend and outcomes through regular executive-level reporting
- Clearly explains trade-offs between reliability, scalability, innovation, and spend to senior leadership and finance partners
- Manages and directs software, hardware, and telecommunication providers, using Agile and DevOps practices to enhance operational efficiencies and accelerate delivery
- Leads, hires, mentors, and expands workforce to support global teams across multiple time zones to enable smooth and on-time delivery of various initiatives
- Be the site leader for all Data, Analytics and Innovation functions in Hyderabad Tech Hub
