- Issue domestic and international air tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
- Handle flight bookings, cancellations, rebookings, and refunds
- Assist customers with visa documentation, travel insurance, and hotel bookings
- Coordinate with airlines for group bookings and special fares
- Maintain ticketing records and daily sales reports
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (mandatory)
- IATA / UFTAA certification preferred
- Knowledge of airline fare rules, MIDT, BSP
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Experience in ticketing, travel operations, or airline reservation
- Secure role with a growing travel firm. Immediate joiners preferred.
