Key Responsibilities:

1. Arrange and deploy vehicles as per dispatch and delivery requirements.
2. Ensure proper storage, handling, safety, and housekeeping of materials within the warehouse.
3. Coordinate with warehouse personnel for timely loading and unloading operations.
4. Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
5. Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for freight cost optimization.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and statutory regulations.
7. Report incidents, damages, shortages, delays, and non-conformities promptly and accurately.
8. Ensure on-time dispatch of shipments as per committed schedules.
9. Monitor and ensure timely vehicle placement to support dispatch operations.
10. Drive transportation cost control initiatives while maintaining service levels.
11. Resolve customer complaints related to transportation and delivery in a timely and qualified manner.
