Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage mechanical maintenance activities across the plant
- Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and overhauling of equipment
- Ensure smooth functioning of all critical plant machinery
- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements for reliability
- Manage and guide maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance
- Maintain documentation and reports related to maintenance activities
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience in - Crushers, Vertical Roller Mills (VRM), Kiln systems, Ball Mills, Roller Press, Bag House / Dust Collection Systems, Packing Plant, Utilities (Air compressors, pumps, fans, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in cement plant mechanical maintenance
- Ability to handle large teams and complex plant operations
- Exposure to modern maintenance practices and safety standards
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and shutdown execution
- Good communication and coordination skills
