Your responsibilities will include , chemical and physical analysis as per IS standards, quality reporting and documentation, coordination with production and quality teams, adherence to safety norms, and maintenance of laboratory records. Performance will be measured based on accuracy of results, timely reporting, and proper documentation.

1.. Chemical Analysis (Wet Process)

- Conduct analysis of CaO, MgO, SiO₂, Fe₂O₃ (Total Iron) and LOI as per IS standards (IS 1760 series).
- Perform acid insoluble and moisture tests as required.
- Maintain reagent preparation and standardisation records.

2. Quality Reporting & Record Keeping

- Maintain sample registers, lab logbooks, and result sheets.
- Prepare daily / batch-wise test reports and submit to Unit Head
- Assist in preparing Quality Certificates for dispatch lots.

3. Coordination & Support

- Support incoming raw material and finished product quality checks.
- Coordinate with production and quality head for feedback and control actions.




- Train laboratory helpers / juniors in routine testing procedures.
- Participate in Training/ workshops for upgrading the skill

4. Safety & Housekeeping

- Follow chemical handling and PPE safety norms.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in laboratory.

5. Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Accuracy and consistency of test results.
- Timely submission of reports and quality certificates.
- Proper maintenance and documentation of lab activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
