Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tellecaller to identify prospective students, generate admissions leads, and support the counselling team in converting enquiries into admissions. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and maintain quality leads through calls, follow-ups, references, and walk-ins.
- Contact prospective students and parents to explain course details and career opportunities.
- Schedule counselling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team.
- Maintain daily records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Follow up with pending leads regularly through phone calls and messages.
- Support promotional activities, seminars, educational events, and outreach programs.
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate/ 10+2 with experience
- Prior experience in lead generation, tele calling, admissions, or customer support preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Must be fluent in: Telugu, Hindi & English.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records in Excel/CRM.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

- Confident personality with skilled communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
- Interest in the education, aviation, or training industry.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,835.86 per month
