YOUR IMPACT
You will lead critical treasury programs that support the firm's Partners and education financing operations.
You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic redesign and ongoing management of the MBA Loan Program and Partner Capital activities while strengthening operational controls, enhancing reporting capabilities, and driving process improvements. Working across Treasury, Finance, Tax, Legal, Technology, and external banking partners, you will help ensure effective risk management, accurate financial reporting, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives that support the firm's financial stewardship and operational excellence.
You will be based in Gurgaon, India, as part of our Global Treasury team within Finance. The team is responsible for managing the firm's treasury operations, capital programs, banking relationships, financial controls, and strategic initiatives that support the firm's global financial infrastructure.
You will lead the strategic redesign and implementation of the MBA Loan Program, ensuring robust controls, governance, and auditability while successfully transitioning legacy arrangements. You will Manage the end-to-end loan lifecycle for MBA and Partner loan programs, including funding, repayments, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution. You will partner with banking institutions and internal stakeholders to resolve complex operational and financial matters while ensuring a seamless participant experience. Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Finance Operations, Technology, and local office teams to implement process changes and support evolving business requirements.
You will oversee monthly monitoring, reporting, and analysis of loan and capital programs, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting tools and underlying data. You will support month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, accounting reviews, and timely resolution of open items impacting financial reporting; provide capital-related information, adjustments, and analyses required for financial statement preparation and management reporting; perform detailed analytical reviews of accounting submissions and financial results, investigating variances and driving resolution of issues; and ensure timely and accurate issuance of Partner tax documentation and coordinate ITIN application and renewal support processes.
You will also drive the enhancement of treasury risk and control frameworks by identifying control gaps, implementing improvements, and monitoring process effectiveness; serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, coordinating requests, documentation, and remediation activities; partner with Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Technology teams to strengthen control environments and improve system capabilities; identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, workflow optimization, and technology-enabled solutions; and lastly support Finance leadership on strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and high-priority projects, including the evaluation and adoption of Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics capabilities.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA, CA, CS, or Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in treasury, banking, corporate finance, accounting, or related financial operations functions
Strong understanding of treasury operations, financial reporting, accounting principles, risk management, and internal control frameworks
Demonstrated experience managing complex financial programs, reporting processes, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships in a global environment with proven ability to deliver insightful financial analysis and recommendations that support management decision-making
Strong capabilities in financial analysis, financial modeling, data management, and process automation, including experience with VBA or similar tools
Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Alteryx, KNIME, Tableau, or equivalent technologies is preferred
Knowledge of emerging technologies and Artificial Intelligence applications within finance and treasury functions is advantageous
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently structure ambiguous issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities, with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive alignment across functions and leadership levels
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a customer-service orientation with sensitive and confidential information, and a commitment to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and process compliance
Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality outcomes
Ability to engage audiences and create clear, logical, and structured communications across all formats, with fluent level language skills in English
