Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute service marketing campaigns (SMS, calls, WhatsApp, digital)
- Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service packages
- Generate service leads and increase workshop footfall
- Coordinate with service team for customer follow-ups and retention
- Maintain customer database and run engagement activities
- Analyze campaign performance and improve conversion rate
- Support in customer satisfaction (CSI) improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration
- 2–5 years of experience in service marketing (automobile preferred)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
