Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Source and acquire Prime LAP / HL cases through direct channels, DSAs, connectors, and builder relationships

- Drive high-value loan disbursements (50L 5 Cr) in line with business targets

- Build and maintain relationships with HNI customers, MSME clients, and professionals

Credit Assessment & Structuring

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and credit underwriting of salaried and self-employed clients

- Assess income, cash flows, banking behavior, and property valuation

- Structure loan proposals aligning with company policies and risk guidelines

Portfolio Management

- Ensure quality of portfolio with minimal delinquencies

- Monitor existing accounts and coordinate for early warning signals





- Work closely with collections team for any stress accounts

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for faster turnaround

- Manage relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and internal stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria

- CA / MBA (Finance or equivalent)

- 5+ years of experience in Prime LAP or Home Loans

- Exposure to ticket size 50 Lac to 5 Crore is mandatory

- Strong understanding of credit appraisal and financial analysis

- Valuable network in LAP/HL ecosystem will be an advantage
