Job Title: Finance Fresher / Finance Executive – Fresher

Location: Vishakhapatnam

Duration: Full Time

Work Type: Onsite

Experience: 0-1 years

Shift timings: US Staffing - 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST

- We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Finance Freshers to join our team in Vizag.
- The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and MS Excel.
- This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Maintain financial data accurately in ERP/accounting systems.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers with a degree in Finance/Commerce background.
- Positive academic record preferred.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Vizag.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Tally, SAP, or ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Internship experience in finance/accounting will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

- B.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / Equivalent Degree
