Field Sales Executive – Premium Projects

Location: Ahmedabad (Covering Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head / Director

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to identify and develop opportunities in premium residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting project intelligence, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our smart automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities Premium Project Mapping & Data Collection

Identify and collect information on premium projects such as:

- Luxury Villas
- High-End Apartments
- Commercial Buildings
- Hotels & Hospitality Projects

Collect a minimum of 3 verified contacts per project:
- Architects & Interior Designers
- Smart Home / Home Automation / Home Theatre Agencies
- Builders, Clients & Purchase Managers
- Fabricators, Electricians, PMCs & Site Supervisors

Business Development
- Generate and qualify premium project leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular site visits and market surveys.




- Present company products and solutions to prospects.
- Invite architects, builders, and clients to visit the company's Experience Center and Office.

Performance Expectations
- Daily Target: 5–7 premium project entries
- Monthly Target: 150 projects
- Additional incentives for exceeding monthly targets

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Project Sales, or Business Development
- Educational background in Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Strong communication, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage territory and travel extensively
- Must own a Bike or Car with a valid Driving License
