Enterprise PMO Head

ReBIT is looking to hire Enterprise PMO Head for Juinagar, Navi Mumbai Location.

As the EPMO Head, you will lead the PMO team to ensure that projects are executed on schedule and adhere to our high-quality benchmarks.

About ReBIT

ReBIT (Reserve Bank Information Technology Pvt. Ltd.) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We've been set up to take care of the IT requirements, including the cyber security needs of the RBI and its regulated entities.

ReBIT focuses on Software development and cyber security (including related research) of the financial sector and assists in IT systems audit and assessment of the RBI regulated entities. We advise, implement and manage internal or system-wide IT projects (both the existing and new) of the RBI as mutually decided between the Reserve Bank and ReBIT.

ReBIT serves as a catalyst for innovation, big systems, and new ideas, in addition to guiding regulated entities in the IT areas of their operations and the RBI's IT-related functions and initiatives. Given the need for inter-operability and cross-institutional cooperation, ReBIT effectively participates in setting up standards to strengthen RBIs role as regulator.

Mode: Work From Office (5 Days)

Responsibilities:

- Drive the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) practice by working closely with ReBIT verticals and business units to address enterpriselevel IT requirements.
- Establish a project and quality management framework for planning, execution, tracking, and monitoring across the lifecycle. This includes demand intake, capacity planning, project costing, reporting, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Demonstrate familiarity with enterpriselevel application delivery and nextgeneration portfolio/project operational excellence initiatives.




- Track milestones and deliverables and provide regular status updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor metrics and drive efficiency improvements across projects.
- Work with the Centre of Excellence (COE) to track standards and best practices.
- Align business and technology teams by setting up a transparent governance framework, prioritizing critical projects, and ensuring pragmatic resource management. Manage communication and escalations among project/program managers, sponsors, stakeholders, steering committees, and senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain governance control procedures at the portfolio/program/project level for initiatives such as resource utilization, budgeting, COEs, and portfolio development/maintenance.
- Maintain consistent project management methodologies across the portfolio through standardized tools, processes, and practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to coordinate requirement gathering and develop implementation plans.
- Organize sessions and facilitate vendor interactions with ReBIT teams as required.

Requirement:

- Overall 14+ years of experience in IT Industry with minimum 12 years of experience working as an EPMO.
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making based on insights.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional teams
- Sound knowledge of Program/Project Management domain & methodologies
- Hands-On experience of Project Management tools.
- Highly proficient in creating MI Reporting using Advance Excel Functions (Advance Formulas, Pivots, Slicers, Conditional Formatting etc
- ITIL and Agile Certifications are preferred. Technology and Finance Domain Specific Certifications are a plus.

Employment Type:

- All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable post five years.
