The role will include following KPI-
- Leadership & Skill Pipeline: Design, curate, and implement high-impact leadership development frameworks, strategising learning options for associates, and strategic talent acceleration programs to support career planning.
- L&D; Ecosystem Innovation: Champion the modernization of the learning infrastructure by integrating advanced technologies, AI-driven learning paths, micro-learning, and cooperative learning cultures.
- Data-Driven Governance & ROI: Establish robust measurement frameworks to track, analyze, and present the commercial impact, behavioral shifts, and ROI of learning investments directly to the executive board.
- Change Management: Lead educational change interventions during major organizational transitions, merges, restructuring, or cultural shifts,
ensuring minimal disruption and rapid skill acquisition.
- Learning Technology Strategy: Define and execute the long-term learning systems roadmap, selecting and integrating advanced Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) to foster a self-driven, continuous learning culture.
- LinkedIn Learning & Content Implementation: Lead the enterprise-wide rollout, integration, and curation of LinkedIn Learning and other tier-one digital content providers. Maximize user adoption through hyper-targeted learning paths aligned with organizational skills frameworks.
