We are seeking a skilled and experienced Critical Care Consultant / Associate Consultant/ Attending Consultant to provide expert care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU-MICU-NICU). The role involves diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions, leading multidisciplinary care teams, performing critical care procedures, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and treat critically ill patients in Critical Care settings being part of Critical Care Team.
Perform and supervise critical care procedures and interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans.
Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to medical staff.
Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and hospital protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
Requirements:
MD/DNB/DM in Critical Care Medicine
MD/DNB in Anesthesiology with Dip/ Certification Courses in Critical Care and Experience Exposure in ICU and critical care management.
Valid medical registration/licensure
Solid clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
