As a Service Engineer at INGSOL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and
maintenance of our manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for providing technical
support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the optimal performance of our
products. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering
principles, as well as excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation, commissioning and service of German machinery
2. Field Service Management: Coordinate and execute on -site service visits in India & Abroad,
including scheduling, travel arrangements, and client communication.
3. Performance Tuning: Identify opportunities for performance improvement and implement
necessary adjustments to optimize equipment functionality.
4. Industrial Automation: Possess a basic understanding of industrial automation systems to support
troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
5. Tool Utilization: Utilize a variety of tools and equipment during servicing operations, ensuring
proper handling and adherence to safety protocols.
6. Client Interaction:
Maintain professional communication with clients to understand their needs,
address concerns, and provide technical guidance, training and support.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. 0 – 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in VMS management and other relevant software applications.
4. Strong knowledge of hydraulics systems and maintenance practices.
5. Excellent problem -solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
6. Familiarity with industrial automation systems and their components.
7. Positive communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
8. Willingness to travel occasionally for on -site service visits.
