Role : You will grow our managed portfolio by identifying landlords with vacant or self-managed properties and converting them to LHS's management programme. This is a pure acquisition role — you bring landlords in, we take care of everything after. Every property you onboard generates ongoing revenue for LHS and a performance incentive for you.

What you will do




• Identify landlords in Pune with vacant, self-managed, or poorly managed residential properties
• Reach out via cold calls, WhatsApp, society visits, reference networks, and owner portals
• Conduct property evaluation visits — assess condition, benchmark rental value, present LHS's service
• Pitch and close PMS management agreements — explain fees, services, and what landlord gets
• Hand over signed mandates to the PMS team with complete property documentation
• Maintain a pipeline of 30+ active prospects in Zoho CRM at all times
• Coordinate with the Tele-caller who will support your cold outreach and appointment setting

What we are looking for
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate field sales, property management, or B2C consultative sales
• Prior experience dealing with property owners / landlords directly is strongly preferred
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting — can generate you
