About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage inventory, material receiving, stock movement, dispatch coordination, and store operations. The candidate will ensure accurate stock records, proper material handling, and timely availability of materials for production and dispatch activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Store ManagementMaintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, and packing materials.
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
Maintain proper FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
Material Receiving & InspectionVerify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Challans, and Invoices.
Physically inspect quantity and condition of received materials.
Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
Coordinate with Purchase and QC departments for material acceptance.
Material Issue & Production SupportIssue materials to production as per authorized requisitions.
Maintain issue records and inventory updates in ERP/Excel.
Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.




Dispatch CoordinationCoordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
Ensure correct material picking, packing, and loading.
Verify dispatch quantities before shipment.
Maintain dispatch records and supporting documents.
Documentation & ReportingMaintain stock registers, inward and outward records.
Prepare daily stock reports and inventory summaries.
Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Production, and Sales departments.
Ensure proper filing of all store-related documents.
Compliance & HousekeepingMaintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store area.
Ensure proper handling and storage of company materials.
Follow company policies related to inventory control and material management.
